Atura Albury Hotel

I seemed like we got great value for our money, with a clean and comfy room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and genuine service.

Morning meal could use a few more fresh options.

we were provided with the deluxe king room and the breakfast was good hot, the bedroom was great size and had a decent view on the city.

Great and absolutely fabulous place with nice employees on Sunday and Monday morning shift of Feb 27 th. Extensive and hot breakfast with fries and great coffee, for example offered in a quiet atmosphere. Fantastic incredible location, very close to main shopping area.

The room was compact yet well-equipped, with great water pressure in the bathroom and a comfortable bed—complete with a sheet and doona! The breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was ideal, with ample parking and plenty of dining options nearby.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

the room was bright, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comforting atmosphere that felt like home. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets and cafes, and we appreciated the good WiFi speeds even during busy times. the restaurant offered a nice variety of meals, making dining convenient and enjoyable.

The bathroom needed a good clean, looked half done.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The location in Albury is great.

I really think the bathrooms need refurbishing. They are looking old and dated, which gives the impression of not being clean.

The lifts were slow, making it a real hassle to get in and out, especially with a full motel and only one working. We waited ages just to get downstairs;

The ease of check in, the cleaning lady on duty the morning i checked out was fantastic. It was great to see such a pleasant, smiling face early in the morning. You should be congratulated on your staffing.

The location is perfect-right near the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast; there was a fantastic variety and everything was delicious. Plus, I loved the happy hour with a good selection of beers!

The room I stayed in had a couple of issues. The bed was two smaller beds pushed together, which created a noticeable gap, making it a bit uncomfortable. I also noticed some cleanliness concerns, like a sock left under the vanity, which shouldn't have been there. And the lifts were a bit frustrating, often skipping floors.

Quiet and comfortable with all the services I required during the week I spent in the hotel.

Comfortable hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff on Sunday and Monday morning shift of Feb 27 th, loved our staying. Its ideal, central location was a plus. There was a GREAT restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
